What we collect

We collect the information needed to run your account and proxy sessions: your email address, billing details, and usage data such as bandwidth consumed and connection timestamps. We do not log the content of your proxied traffic.

How we use it

Account and usage data is used to operate the service, process billing, provide support, and maintain network security. We don't sell your data to third parties.

Data retention

Billing records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes. Session-level connection metadata is retained for a limited period for abuse prevention, then deleted.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by contacting us through the contact page.
