Using the service

T-Proxy provides access to UK mobile carrier IP addresses for lawful use. You're responsible for how your account is used, including any traffic sent through your sessions.

Acceptable use

You may not use T-Proxy to send spam, conduct attacks against third parties, access accounts or systems without authorisation, or otherwise break the law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

Billing

Pay as you go plans are billed per gigabyte used. Fixed term plans are billed upfront for the selected period. Unused fixed term allowance does not roll over unless stated otherwise at purchase.

Availability

We target 99.9% uptime across the network but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Carrier availability, including mid-term carrier switching, is subject to network capacity.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
