Mobile proxies for SEO and rank tracking
Check UK search results the way mobile searchers see them — from real 4G and 5G connections, not a datacenter.
Why mobile rankings need a mobile IP
Google indexes the mobile version of your site first, and a large share of UK searches happen on phones. What a searcher sees depends on their country, device and connection, so a check from a datacenter or office line often shows a different page of results from the one your customers get.
Search engines also challenge repeated automated queries from datacenter IPs quickly. Mobile IPs are shared between many real subscribers through carrier-grade NAT, so they are an ordinary source of search traffic — a steadier base for regular rank checks.
What you can check
- Mobile keyword positions — where your pages rank for UK mobile searchers, and how that compares with desktop.
- Search features — featured snippets, “People also ask”, shopping results and ads as they appear on UK mobile results.
- Competitors — who outranks you on mobile, and for which keywords.
- Your own site on a mobile connection — UK redirects, cookie banners, mobile-only blocks and page speed as a visitor on 4G or 5G gets them.
Carrier IPs place you in the UK, but not always in a particular town. For city-level local results, set the location in your rank tracker as well.
Why T-Proxy for SEO work
- Your own modem. One physical modem per proxy, so other people’s queries never get your IP challenged.
- Fresh IP between batches. Rotate with the proxy’s rotation URL or the API, usually in under a minute.
- Works with your tools. HTTP and SOCKS5 with a username and password — the format rank trackers, SEO crawlers and browser extensions accept. Most modems also offer WireGuard and Vless.
- Unmetered fixed terms. Run as many checks and crawls as you like during the term, with no per-gigabyte bill.
- Five UK carriers. EE, O2, Three, Sky and Lyca, on 4G or 5G, with IPv6 on most SIMs.
Tips for reliable rank data
- Spread queries out over time instead of sending them in bursts.
- Rotate the IP between batches of keywords, not after every single query.
- Use a clean browser profile and stay logged out, so personalised results don’t skew the data.
- Keep request rates reasonable, and follow our acceptable use policy.

Fixed-term plans include unmetered usage for the whole term and are billed upfront, with no long-term contract.

Questions
Will results match a specific UK town?
Not always. Mobile carrier IPs locate to the UK, but often not to the subscriber’s town. Set the location in your rank tracker when you need city-level results.
Can I use it with my rank tracker or SEO crawler?
Yes, if the tool supports an HTTP or SOCKS5 proxy with a username and password — most do. Paste in the details from your dashboard.
How many searches can I run?
We don’t meter or cap queries on fixed-term plans. Search engines slow down fast repeated queries from any one IP, so pace your checks and rotate between batches.
Can I compare 4G and 5G or different carriers?
Yes. Run one proxy per carrier or per network type and run the same keyword set through each.
